What is reality? It could not be other than what we perceive, of that what can resonate to our entire Being. Who we are is what we are and what we are is contained in the hologram in which we can BE and sense. What we sense is the result of the connection we make between the inner and the outer.

Since the inner and the outer are in essence one, the ultimate reality cannot be other than the oneness between these two basic realms. Not until we have attained this union, what we believe is reality is just a belief that ends when the synapses give up with the harmonious inner/outer connection. We merely die to then be reborn, because we have not reached the season where we can be ripe for having the Seed Within, by which we can endlessly perpetuate without the taste of death.

To what extend can the hologram that contains us hold the perception of reality? The reality can only last as long as the perception lasts. In order to have an ever-lasting perception, so that an evolution or ongoing process can be substantiated (substance is the culmination of a process) it is essential that the hologram contains the ultimate “stepping-stone”. We have reached the greatest density of evolution, which is the materialistic level that is centred around earth’s iron nucleus. It is through the human potential that Creation can be extended from within our Heart’s centre or still-point.

It is by iron’s magnetism, interconnecting the inner and the outer, that we are able to sense. Thus we can perceive from the materialistic level and create a physical reality or physical Portal from where we can reach into the infinite. This attainment comes about with the daily practice of the Sacred Way of Eating, for Food is the Link that maintains the oneness between the inner and the outer. The following “Total Picture” gives a more detailed explanation as how the Oneness, of which we are part of, is maintained. Here we can see the 9 basic stages of evolution which correlate with the 9 levels of reality. The first stage is without beginning and end. From here we enter the duality (birth/death-cycle) to have an experience that at the end has to be distilled into the Consciousness that All is One. The descending sequence (food becomes the eater) is the build up of the “hologram’s contents”. With the ascending sequence (eater becomes food) the “contents” can increasingly become aware, sense and finally be conscious of the Self. In other words, by consciousness we can create and what has been created creates consciousness – consciousness creates consciousness. “dead-death” is the result of the unconscious way of life. To be true, real and alive is to Grow in Consciousness.
