Greetings Oneheart Friends!

Although the Oneheart Revolutionary is the Warrior of the Heart, it is also important that the intent is shown in Practical terms. A revolution begins with an idea. This revolution is much more than an idea. It is about the INEVITABLE Change that must come From Within and also requires the Evidence that the involvement is made tangible on the mundane level, too. To be a Oneheart Revolutionary is a “fulltime job”! The “other side” has their “fulltime forces”, but miss the Heart. So, in order to have no time wasted on mediocrity the following basics of practice from the Heart must be agreed upon by the Oneheart Revolutionary, in order to be most effective in the fulfilment of the Plan:

• Have the basic understanding of the practical applications of Creator’s Law and what the Focus is that we have in Common.
• Must have begun with the inner-Revolution, by changing the blood quality with the “Sacred Way of Eating” (macrobiotics ok too).
• Make the Home available for a regular Oneheart teaching presentation (read under-following).
• Make the effort to keep informed about the Oneheart Revolution progressions.
• Possibly expand the general Oneheart program and other important networking information through own networking system.
• Support the Oneheart Revolution fulltime works (communication system, travelling, shelter and food of the fulltime team, fulltime teaching service on the expanding scale, instructing new Oneheart friends in becoming effective too and more) – with a minimum of 4 euro per month.
• Other assets to the Oneheart Revolution: Oneheart Dance, the Somun, Hopi blue corn.

The money transfer is for some difficult,  they may have no banking account or have access to financial institution to make  a transfer. No problem… when the will is there… Ask a friend who has an account to help with the transaction. Or, set aside the monthly contribution and when we meet the contribution can be given. When there is a will there is a way. Be a Warrior.

The ones who truly want to be involved and actually show it with the above, they will be invited to attend special activities and advanced teachings in the course of the Oneheart Revolution. “the rest” are still loved and informed, but on a different level. The “screening” is essential, to be able to use the energy, time and resources for the maximum result.

To be sure that all of this is for the best of all, and understood… it is certainly NOT discriminating in a negative sense. The opposite is true. We respect everyone’s personal process, and also the universal process must be highly respected. The “screening” is a matter of level and context that each one of us can Choose, to be part of.

The Self-evident Oneneart Revolution

Want to be truly INVOLVED with the Oneheart revolution? If so, then this is how you can make it Self-evident.

Make your Home the Centre of the Oneheart Revolution by every week inviting people to watch Oneheart Teaching DVD's. You can afterwards have discussions or cooking demonstrations. One effective way to keep the weekly gathering going is to accept reservations to attend an evening that begins with a meal. You can either decide on asking for a donation, set fee or have it free when you can effort it. However, it is to the benefit of the general expansion of the movement that the people also donate to the Oneheart revolution account.

Your Home can also provide starter-kits which can include basic foods, ingredients, kitchen utensils, literature and the somun.

The 7:30 - 10:00 Wednesday evening is suggested to have the Home-gathering, so that it can over the wider area become a "non-stop Tsunami". Encourage all visitors to come back with a new friend and suggest for their Home to become a Centre too.

The Tarroja Oneheart Teaching Basis

Great Spirit has guided us to Tarroja (2 hours drive West of Barcelona) where friends have been waiting in the assistance for the Oneheart Teaching, to have a Basis from where our energies can be more constructively used in the sharing process. It is a small ancient village with a church of the 10th century and with a “Columbus connection”. Here the community welcomed the creation of the Portal of Forgiveness (medicine wheel). The overnight winter-solstice Oneheart dance was held in conjunct with the ones held at other places, including the dance at Bohemia.

Also much farmland is available and many of the old people really want it to be used for the growing of grains and other crops. Nut and fruit tries need attention too.

The Basis will be used to have regular Oneheart courses and irregular ones on demand. From here all who want to have their Home become Oneheart Teaching Centre, can be instructed and supplied with educational materials. Also healing therapies and counselling will be made available.

There is a good train and bus connection with Tarroja. Convenient shelter facilities are available for those who want to stay overnight or for a few days.

The Oneheart Dance

Throughout the world different traditions were needed to maintain local order, all depending on the environmental conditions. The time has arrived for humanity to Unite FROM WITHIN and therefore the Centre of centres or Common Denominator must be used in the transition process from the local to the universal. This process requires us to unite Mind and Heart, for the mind is of the outer (correlating with the different traditions) and the Heart is of the inner (from where the outer is controlled). Now we need the Universal Tradition for the Universal Human to come back to Creator’s Home.

Since our Being is a Microcosm of Creation, it also contains the Heart of hearts or Oneheart. Thus there is a current between outer-Creation and inner-Creation, that we must maintain with the Universal Way of Eating in order to have the inner-current of the Blood that is created out of Food. Thus our Being also contains the microcosm of the outer-current, and its pattern. Our blood circulation’s pattern is the SAME in each one of us, which makes all us in essence one with Creation. This synchronisity can be most profoundly expressed in the form of the Oneheart Dance, to facilitate the Inevitable and Conscious Return to the Oneness, from within.

Some traditions go “clockwise”. Others go “counter-clock”. The Oneheart Dance goes simultaneously in both directions. The pattern is of the union of two perpendicular infinity (8) patterns. It unites Mind, Heart and all directions or complementary opposites. With this dance we also stimulate the current between each body-cell with a corresponding star! The harmony between right and left brain is also stimulated.

Sequence of the Oneheart Dance:

• All dancers form a circle of which’s centre has either a fire, candle or any form of altar where everyone can deposit something personal, to emphasise the conscious connection with the Oneheart. The circle is marked with its four directions.
• A rhythm is made with a drum(s), rattle(s) or hand-clapping, etc.
• The dancers enter the circle and find their own place within the pattern. At first it all looks chaotic, that can only be when we don’t know the pattern or are not focussed. The bodily turn is counter-clock and as such we simultaneously go clockwise as we continue around the centre. No one has to be a “dancer”. Just move with the rhythm as it resonates to you. Don’t “run”, move vertical to make the Heaven-Earth connection as you follow the pattern. Singing, chanting, etc is ok to add extra energy to the dance. Also the speed of the rhythm can so now and then change. The dance must come to the point where everyone pass each other with “psychic unity”, like a flock of birds in the sky. Keep your pattern and don’t “left or right” to avoid someone. Go slower or faster at the times of passing.
• After some time, all depending on the decided duration of the dance, the rhythm stops for a moment, indicating that all dancers again form a circle.
• Hold for awhile the rhythm of the circle, to realise what has been so far acomplished.
• Then all dancers move inwards/outwards, three times. A forth time we go inwards and hold the energy at the centre where it is brought to a climax. Everyone has become One. Then suddenly stop, indicating that we have come to the Moment of Truth, the “I AM” WE Are!

The SOMUN

The most peaceful revolution to get an occupier out is what happened at Bohemia (Czech Republic/Slovakia/Moravia). The people held up their keyring, signifying "hey, we have the Key, what are you (USRR) doing here at our Home?". This principle applies to the Oneheart Revolution as well.

The Human, created in the image of God, has the God-given Right to be Free in the fulfilment of its destiny on Earth. But not as it is today. Sinister elements have invaded our bodies, minds and way of life. The related parable is as follows:

The Creator gave us the Tree of Life and His Law is for us to freely benefit from His Unconditional Gift. This gift correlates with our Being, for we are a microcosm of Creation, Creator's Body or "ultimate home". This Right, to BE, came to an end when a "chosen few" put a fence around the Tree and proclaimed: "from now on the Tree belongs to us and anyone who wants to get some of the Tree must pay us first. Therefore you have to get a job (work for us) in order to earn the money that you need to have the privilege to have some of the Tree, after it has been modified according to our way of control".

Who are these "chosen few" who want to own the world? "they" are us! ". The system of false ownership is maintained by being a supportive part of the Consumerism. "they" cannot have the power over anyone, unless we allow Creator's One Law, CHANGE" be overruled by secondary laws. These laws rather create the Fixation within an artificial context or matrix. Hence the control and manipulation of the Food that we need to maintain our harmonious relationship with Creation. So, whoever controls our Food also controls the Blood whereby we can manifest, function, feel, think, discern, make a choice, create and finally identify the Self in its own right and capacity. In other words, "something" has invaded our Being and the "Proclamation of Self" is needed to REALISE that we have the KEY to expel the invader who is occupying our Being with all sorts of distorting information, ideas, concepts, beliefs, propaganda, ways and energies.

The distortion can only be by the Division that then can be manipulated to the benefit of an exploitative order or Trap. This trap is HYPNOTIC as well, that's why the masses sheepishly obey any "law" that merely tightens the straight-jacket.

The KEY is the CONSCIOUSNESS that WE ARE ONE! This Key has been made tangible in the form of a Tool at Catalunya. Here at Barcelona the tool became shaped by the rattle, named "SOMUN" (Catalan for We Are One). In Bohemia the Somun is named Jetnota (Union)

The Somun is used with the Vision of the world being shaken from Within - to AWAKEN or de-hypnotise Humanity who must reclaim its Power by again being in full control of its own blood quality and way of life, so that from thereon the Tree of Life can be De-fenced. "Shake the World from Within"!

The Oneheart Revolution includes:

• "Ten Thousand Kitchen Revolution", so that the Home can again become the centre of Government.
• "Ten Thousand Farm Revolution", so that the Land can again be used for the growing of the Food that can be free from the manipulative sinister order.

Handle the Somun (made in South America) in a gentle way. The seed shells are delicate and may break off when we rock it too wildly. Initiate the Somun in a way that's sacred to you. It is much more than a musical instrument. The soul resonates to it as well. This instrument, when it is shaken with CONSCIOUSNESS, its sound will then continue with a higher frequency that can go beyond the world we can touch, hear and see. Envision the Somun being contained by the Earth and when shaken it will Awaken all who are on Earth's surface with Creator's LIGHT, from Within.
